Framework teaming

Bring a contract. We will bring the bid.

Public frameworks ask for a signed Technical Ability Certificate against a recent contract. If your firm holds one and you would consider being named as a subcontractor, this is the form that reaches our bid team.

RODMENA was incorporated in May 2025. That is a straightforward problem for frameworks that want a certificate against a contract of a certain size, started after a certain date, invoiced and signed off by the customer — we bid with a named subcontractor whose contract carries one.

There is no central matchmaking for this, which is why the form exists. Tell us what you hold and a person will read it. It commits neither of us to anything, and it is not an application to the RODMENA partner programme — if that is what you are after, apply here instead.

Your firm

As registered, rather than a trading name.

Or the equivalent register in your country.

Asked because it can rule a firm out of a bid, so it is better known now than late. Tick it if it is true.

The group, parent or individual that ultimately controls the firm.

Who we would be talking to
The bid

If you are answering a letter from us, the framework and lot are named in it.

For example: RM6399 Consultancy and Professional Services, Lot 1.

For example: 1B, 1E.

Anything else

Anything that would help us judge the fit, including contracts you are not sure about.

We will email you to confirm the address. Nothing reaches our bid team until you click the link in it. We do not share what you send with anyone outside RODMENA.
